When placing an order for any product from A Personal Moment, you will be agreeing to abide by the following terms and conditions :

1.       Terms of Agreement

An agreement between A Personal Moment and a purchaser shall

only come into effect when :

1.1    A credit card authorisation is received from an issuing bank; or

1.2    An electronic transfer is reflected on A Personal Moment’s bank statement; or

1.3    A direct deposit or cash is reflected on A Personal Moment’s bank statement.

1.4    A Personal Moment reserves the right to refuse an order without giving any reasons therefore. A Personal Moment shall only be liable to refund monies already received from the purchaser.

1.5    The purchaser has the right to cancel the transaction before the payment has been effected.

1.6    Once an order has been placed, A Personal Moment will not be held responsible for any incorrect information supplied on the Order Form. No refunds will be made where the purchaser has entered incorrect information.

1.7    A Personal Moment will deliver to you within 10 working days.

1.8    Once the order is dispatched, A Personal Moment will not be held liable for any loss incurred, or for failure of delivery. The SA Postal Service will be used for all deliveries, unless otherwise agreed between the purchaser and A Personal Moment.

1.9    The purchaser will receive an invoice by email.

2.       Costs

The price of each product is displayed in the Catalogue. The amount payable, including postage shall be displayed on the Order Form.

3.       Postage

Surface mail is used for the delivery of our products in South Africa.

3.1    Standard Rates – 1 item R11.40;

3.2    Standard Rates – 2 items R17.10;

3.3    Standard Rates – 3 items R22.80;

3.4    Standard Rates – 4 items or more – the purchaser will be contacted and provided with a quotation.

4.       Taxes

All prices are quoted inclusive of VAT. A change in the VAT rate (currently 14%) will result in a change in prices.

5.       Payment methods

6.    Changes/amendments

A Personal Moment reserves the right to alter and/or amend the Terms and Conditions on this web site without notice.
